At any time during the call with your customer, you can press Key [#] to put the caller on hold with our Music-on-hold service. To retrieve the call, simply Key [#].
Want to choose your own music on hold? Once you have a licence, you can request us to play any CD. Your licence can be obtained directly from the Performing Rights Society. A really professional feature! |
